It’s true to say that health, wealth and fitness go hand in hand. Yes, you can have one without the other, but to get total harmony and peace of mind then all three are needed. Throughout my life I have found many people emphasise one over the other, without any total success.
The failure to recognise that matters concerning health, personal finance and fitness can have an impact on the way you feel about yourself, means that you fail to recognise the dependency they have on each other. It’s like when you feel fit and healthy after you have exercised for a few months. You are happy that you have come so far, and that you are losing weight, however, you are preoccupied, as you have money issues. A lack of financial security leads us to feeling helpless and out of control and no amount of dieting and feeling good can change this.
